Executive Coaching
I design coaching programs to help leaders enhance their effectiveness and create meaningful change across their organizations. Executive coaching work begins with a comprehensive assessment to identify strengths, growth opportunities, and leadership patterns. Through evidence-based coaching methods, I collaborate with clients and teams to develop strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, and decision-making skills that drive both individual and organizational success. In addition to individual coaching, I facilitate strategic planning meetings and develop and implement service culture and team development strategy programs. My goal is to help leaders not only achieve their goals but to cultivate high-performing, values-driven environments that inspire others to excel. I have experience working in the fields of media and entertainment, hospitality, and healthcare.
